Val dela Rea

Val dela Rea is a licensed teacher, a content-creator, and a writer born in the year 2001 at Cavite, Philippines. He started writing when he was a first year college student in 2019 and published his page the same year. For five years, while being a full time student, he made time in crafting writings about motivation and mental health and sharing them on social media. Along his journey, he realized the challenge of being a Gen Z trying to do all things at once, hence, allowing him to understand more about a patient way of living and achieving life goals.
