Zarah Louise is the artist and writer behind Love & Light Co., where she regularly pens words of encouragement, faith, and life musings and has meaningful conversations with like-hearted individuals. As a creative soul, she is most curious about what makes people light up and strives to help others navigate life through listening to their stories, inspiring connections, and looking deep into the human experience. She finds inspiration in art and other creatives, literature, nature, daily life, and her own walk of faith. She graduated from UPLB with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Her
